Sticky Roast Chicken

8 chicken thighs
2T wholegrain or Dijon mustard
6T Honey
3T Worcestershire sauce
4T olive oil
1T chopped parsley or lemon thyme

Mix the ingredients and marinade the chicken over night. Bring the chicken to room temperature.
Roast the chicken at 180C for 45 minutes or until the chicken juices run clear. If the marinade seems a bit thick. Add a couple of tablespoons of water.

Serve with roast potatoes and salad, or a roasted vegetable and pasta salad.
