Feta and Herb Dip

200g feta
100g cream cheese
2T finely chopped herbs. Choose your favourite - parsley, basil, rocket
1/2 clove garlic minced
freshly ground black pepper

Place the above ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Can be kept in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
Serve with savoury biscuit or wholegrain bread.
