Hot Spiced Tea

The hot fruity version

2 rooibos (red bush) teabags
1L pure citrus juice
1t grated ginger
1 stick lemon grass
2 cups water
2T of your favourite tipple, wine or cider (optional)

Simmer over a low heat to infuse the flavours. Serve with slices of your favourite citrus fruit.

Alternative : cranberry juice, 3 whole cloves and a stick of cinnamon - perfect for Xmas drinks parties
                   apple juice and 2 sticks of cinnamon
