Baking Tip of the Week - Frozen Dessert
Use your favourite ice-cream, or make your own, to make a wonderful dessert. Use a mould and decorate it with caramelised pecans, pecan praline and strawberries. You can make it ahead of time and only have to unmould and decorate to serve.
