Baking Tip of the Week - Moist Cake

Baking a moist cake is dependent on the cooking time (leave it in the oven too long and a cake will dry out) and the ingredients. Cakes that use oil or melted butter instead of butter that is creamed with sugar are usually moist. Using yoghurt or buttermilk instead of milk also adds to the moistness of a cake.
