Parmesan Crisps

Parmesan crisps are a wonderful way to garnish food, but can be eaten on their own with a glass of wine! They make a good accompaniment to soup.

You will need a teaspoon of grated Parmesan for each crisp, so work out how many you need and grate the Parmesan.

Heat a non-stick pan to medium high heat. Place a teaspoon of Parmesan in the pan and turn after thirty seconds. These only take a minute to cook, so keep and eye on them. Remove from the pan and allow to cool before serving.
