Cauliflower Popcorn
Here is a recipe for a carb free snack that Sarah Michelle Geller mentioned as her favourite family recipe. This recipe makes 5 cups, for the not so hungry you could halve it.
Preheat the oven to 250C.
8 cups cauliflower florets
3T olive oil
1/4 cup Parmesan
1t garlic or celery salt
1/2t tumeric
Mix all the ingredients together and toss to coat evenly. Cook at 250C for 25 minutes, shaking the baking tray every 10 minutes to endure even roasting. Serve immediately.
