Banting Sundried Tomato Pesto

Another "sauce" for your chicken or fish.

1 cup sun dried tomatoes in olive oil
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup fresh parsley
2T fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup olives
1/4 cup feta cheese
1t lemon zest
1 clove garlic
salt and pepper to taste

Place the sundried tomatoes and pecan nuts in a blender. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
