Banting Cauliflower Tapenade

Here's a dip for your cheese or crudites.

2 cups cauliflower cooked until soft
2/3 cup olive oil
2/3 cup green olives chopped
1 spring onion finely chopped
1.5T freshly squeezed lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste

Blend all the ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Allow to cool and serve.
