Sundried Tomato and Feta Savoury Muffins

These are delicious as the savoury component of a tea party, perfect for brunch, and delicious with soup. They are also very easy to make!
Preheat the oven to 180C
2 cups flour
2t baking powder
1/2t dry mustard
1/2t celery salt
60g butter
1 egg lightly beaten
100ml oven dried tomatoes finely chopped (or sundried)
100ml feta cheese cut into cubes
2T chopped fresh chives
1 cup of buttermilk
Sift the butter, baking powder, mustard and salt. Rub in the butter until the mixture is crumbly. Remove the excess liquid from the tomatoes and cheese and add. Mix the egg and buttermilk. Add to the other ingredients and mix until just incorporated. Fill greased muffin pans 2/3 of the way and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow to cool slightly before removing from the pan. Serve warm with unsalted butter, herb butter or chutney and cream cheese.
