Quick and Easy Meal - Great for children

Ingredients per person

1 cup cooked pasta or 2 minute noodles
100ml pasta sauce made with roasted vegetables - I use homemade sauce
4T tined fish such as tuna, cooked mince or cooked chicken meat
1T plain yoghurt
1/2t chopped Italian parsley (optional)
2T cooked vegetables such as peas, sweetcorn or beans

Mix together, heat and serve. Delicious.
I always keep some cooked pasta, plain yoghurt and pasta sauce in the fridge. I then add any leftover meat and vegetables I have. This makes dinner time easy on busy days when you don't have time to cook or to use up leftovers. I often make this when on holiday and I need to take it easy too!
