Instant Low Carb Granola

 Do you wake up on the weekend craving a sweet breakfast treat that’s low carb? I have an instant granola recipe that you can customize.



Ingredients 

2 cups of your favourite nuts chopped

1 cup of your favourite seeds

1T cinnamon or your own spice blend 

2T coconut oil

1/2 cup shredded coconut (optional)

2T cocoa (optional)


Toast the nuts and seeds on low heat in a stainless steel frying pan. Add the remaining ingredients and toast for 2 minutes. For the best results keep turning the mixture while toasting. Cool and store in an airtight container. Enjoy with yoghurt or your favourite milk.
