Easter Weekend Menu
We are spending Easter at home this year. I have the opportunity to make my family's favourite things!
Breakfast - I've got breakfast covered with Hot Cross Buns, Homemade Granola and Homemade yoghurt. I also have guava's on my tree, so will make my Yoghurt and Guava Puree from my recipe book, as well as the Oats Porridge with Pureed Pear and Honey. I have also made a batch of strawberry jam. Here are some useful links.

For our barbecue, to compliment the steak and sausage we love, I am making steamed cornbread and our favourite salad.

For dessert, my children love this chocolate semi-freddo recipe in a cone.

We have chocolate and coconut biscuits for inbetween.

And for our treat, some sushi.

And lunchtime. quiche and a Greek salad.

And for Sunday night supper, my ultimate comfort food, meatballs.

I will be trying out a calamari recipe too.
